Update Cell Content According to Date

Hi to all, this is my first post but I have been reading this forum for a long time which has been very helpful.
As in my attached excel file, I need to update the cells in the "Presentation" sheet with the values of the "Birthdays" sheet's "Name" column according to the Birthday's sheet's "Birthday" column date. When the date comes the cell should update itself automatically. Your usual kind support is highly appreciated, thanks a lot....
