Displaying data in a listbox

Hi
This is my first post on this forum, so sorry if I doing any thing wrong or not with in the rules. The problem I have is that I have written a piece of code in VB excel windows 7. The code looks in column A and gets a the faults in that column and displays them in a listbox which the user can then select to search column B using that fault. The problem I have I would like to show only one occurence of the same fault if more than one appears in the column. the code below does this but only for the first match it finds. So if there were two fault 1 and two fault 2 the list box shows only one fault1 which is fine but still shows two fault 2. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong
