Open word documents and paste excel data to them

Hi All,
We have a Word document (actually rtf if that matters) which we use as template to sent to customers.
Now we manually copy data from an excel table into the word document as a picture.

I would like to automate this with an excel macro.
Can somebody please put me on my way?
So how to open a word document from excel and then from an excel sheet copy data and paste it as picture in the word document.

Ok I found maybe already a start but still not there. (I just used a docx extension)

It opens the word document.
But I actually also need to place the cursor to a specific location on the word document.
Because above an below the excel data there will be text.

So the word document is a template and the excel data I want to paste into it is part of the whole message.

Hoped somebody had a clue for me after the weekend.
So maybe the better question is...can it be done?
Or is the only way to compose the entire template tekst in the macro and paste it as one "picture" into the word document?

This code opens a word file automatically and this word file has an excel object. Whenever, word document is opened word automatically renews new variable from excel like a picture.
You can create linked-excel objects in word after copying from excel, as below:
asas.jpg

I know that's not you want but if noone replies you may improve the idea and you can also create macros in word.

I am indeed now just trying all sorts of things.

Maybe there are helpfull commands in there for me.

Ok for the text parts I not got it to work with help of posting to bookmarks in word.
But have a new somewhat silimar problem now.
However it is only confusing I I adress this in this thread so I will close this and open a new one.
