barcode scanning template

I want a template in excel for scanning barcodes with the following three fields


scan stock in
1) location ie box 1 box 2 ect
2) Part Number
3) Quantity

scan stock out


i would like to scan the location and Part Number while key punching the quantity. We need to be able to do two things:

1) Create a post amble to move the cursor after each scan

2) Devise a macro (I think) to differentiate between the different fields in case im not paying attention and scans the location when in the part number field or vice versa.

Please help as much as you can, if you have a template even better or advise me on how to do this
