Hide / Unhide Row on a Sheet based on the Value of a Cell on Another Sheet

I am looking to create an input sheet that will transform to an invoice and where there is no value on certain line items, those rows on the invoice should be hidden.

    Example

    Ref Sheet

    Item A (Cell B12) = 0
    Item B (Cell B13) = 0
    Item C (Cell B14) = 1

    Invoice Sheet

    Row 12 - Hidden
    Row 13 - Hidden
    Row 14 - Show

I have attempted to build the macro for the sheet so that it changes automatically as the information is inputted, but the row never hides. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the example. I was able to modify it to work across 2 worksheets, but this is exactly what I was looking for.
