Post Macro construction and automatic triggering of a macro

Hi all. I am a newbie on this site so please accept appologies if I am not respecting protocols or otherwise.

My question is that I have a Copy Paste macro that takes a cell value and pastes it to another cell in the same worksheet. I need to tweak this so that it can interpret a week number value (somekind of VB vlookup code) and insert the adjacent cell information from worksheet A into a specific cell in worksheet B. I would need to know how do I go about getting this macro to trigger itself automatically when the condition is met.

IE: Worksheet B and cell C7 contains the data to be transfered or copied to WorkSheet A, Column A. WorkSheet A, Cell B is the Week Number value that has to be checked so that the data from WorkSheet B can be placed in the next empty cell of column A .

Present macro that needs to be tweaked:

    Hi, Berean50,

what does the week number look like (formula, value)? Maybe it would be better if you attach a sample workbook with your problem to have a look at.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
