Insert New row in another sheet and Loop based on values in certain cells

Dear Friends,

I am designing a entry screen for some products.

I need to make like a FORM to enter the data and accordingly a ROW should be inserted in another sheet (LOOP).

I have attached a sample file, in which I explained the problems, for your kind reference.

I will be highly obliged if helped. Please help this novice....

i don't think you need a form, you can just use the entry screen you have and have a button to add the record. this way you will save mouse clicks and key strokes.

i made the input cells (C6 and D6 on the ENTRY SCREEN) into data validation cells, so you can select them from a list (or type them in)
try this out, let me know if you would like to change anything...

I just wanted to use this workbook in a shared environment (i.e. two or three persons will do the same thing together in network. So that there is no problem to validate & save the data when saved).

unless they use the workbook separately you cannot. excel doesnt work like that, you might want to use access (or some other database software) instead if you want multiple simultaneous access
