Merging two different sheets into one based on same column

    Hi,

I am trying to merge two different sheets in the workbook as one, based on column A as the common column , but my problem is sheet1 might have for eg 94 records for an entry in column a say example apple, whereas sheet 2 has 110 records for same entry apple in column a , when I merge using vlookup formula it is yielding me wrong results for some of the entries... what shall I do? I am attaching a sample worksheet , please help me out.

We do not know which one is sheet1 and we also do not know which sheets you want to merge. Please attach your desired result with the above on a separate sheet.

    Hi AB33,

SKU LIST is the sheet1 and NEW LIST is the sheet2 and common column amongst both are column A UPP NAME. My desired result would be

UPP NAME , FINI NUMBER IN SKU , FINI NAME IN SKU , FINI NUMBER IN NEW , FINI NAME IN NEW are the columns which I want in the result sheet.
