multiple data validation list want to update automatically excel 2010

H iAll,
Very new to VBA. I have a spreadsheet with multiple data validation lists in the with corresponding cells. Ie list1 B10:B30 and shows selection in B11, and so on for list 2 C10:C30 selection in C11. A total of 9 list/ selection cells.
What macro needs to be written so the cells used in selection from data validation lists update atuomatically.

Sorry should have added that data validation list have formulas relating to other cells in sheet, and change according. If the data validation list selection is apple but through other changes in worksheet then goes blank, how does the selection cell update automatically. ?
