Copy Data from One worksheet to a new worksheet

Hello,
I have been trying to get this to work, but to no avail. What I am attempting, is to copy selected data from one WS, and paste it to another. Everything worked ok until I re-defined the Report/destination worksheet.
The report (strReportShtNm) must be a new ws with each query. The strReportShtNm that I need as a base (Template) has formulas, and has a header that matches the the DATA sheet.
This is the data that it copies from the "diamter tester-3.xlsx" file. Currently, when I perform the search, it generates the new WS with the correct name, however, I get the " xxxxx Not Found!" message, nothing gets pasted.
I am guessing that there is an error...and it isn't completing the search.
I am very new (obviously) to VBA, and maybe my approach is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe a new solution would be easier.
Here is the "stripped down" Algorithm:
"Enter what you would like to search for"
"Entry" copies a WS, Renames the new WS the "entered" search
Searches a specific WS in the WB, any cells that match the "entered" seach, copy the entire row,
Paste all found rows in the new WS.

Maybe a template sheet?
