    MouseIcon Property "Invalid Picture"

On a UserForm I tried setting the MouseIcon property but kept receiving the Invalid Picture Alert.
I first created the Label then selected the MousePointer Property as 99- fmMousePointerCustom...
I then selected the MouseIcon Property and when the Load Picture dialog box appeared, navigated to the Cursors folder in the Windows folder.
I chose the aero_link.cur file then clicked on the Open button..
I then received an "Invalid picture" Critical Alert.
I also attempted to load several other picture formats, but continued to receive the same Critical Alert !!.

    Any Ideas ?

    Re: MouseIcon Property "Invalid Picture"

Well ! I managed to solve this unusual problem.
I went to my old CPU running Windows XP and Office 2003. I copied the desired cursor image from the "C:\Windows\Cursors" folder onto a Flash Drive, and transferred it to an Images folder on my Windows 7 CPU running Office 2010.
I then followed the same procedure I had tried 10 previous times, and it worked properly using the .cur image in my Images folder .
No idea why this worked and previous attempts using .cur images gave the "Invalid picture" Alert ?????
