vba macro that moves rows of information conditionally

    Hi everyone,

I am trying to make a crew log and in this log there is a data validation list box with active or In-Active. If it says In-Active we want it to copy the row and shift it to another worksheet titled "Old Crew"

How can this be done. After the information is transferred we will then write over the information and the crew member will become active again. So we need a macro to copy and settle a row permanently into the other worksheet. The name of the first worksheet is "summary"

    can this be done?

Yes. And it can be done automatically as a new status is entered. Yet it would be easier to show how using YOUR template.

i attached the document. all the way on the right of the "main crew log" worksheet's first table is the list box with in active or active. we need it to transfer the whole row on the left of the box if we click in active and then also have to allow us to add new updated data to same row.

    thank you!
