moving data feed data into a new sheet and doing this automatically

I have connected my excel spread sheet to a website that will give me a row of four columns with data in, with will update every 15 minutes. What i need to do is once an hour i want the figures that are currently in the newest data to be moved into a separate sheet. This needs to be repeated every hour without any buttons being pressed to work as I intended, OR i can press a button if that is more realistic. Also every time it moves the data into the new sheet it should push the old data down one row and go in its place. I know this is quite a lot to ask but does anyone know of a way to do this?
