Send cell value when not zero to next blank cell in column of another sheet.

I am kinda new to this so a good detailed explanation may be needed.

I want to send the value of a cell when not zero to the next 'blank' cell in a column of another sheet and then send the cell values of the other cells in the original 'row' to the cells adjacent to the cell in the other sheet that the first info was sent to.

*(Cell 'B4' of sheet "tournament 1") - when a value is entered, that value is to be sent to the next 'blank' cell of column "A" in sheet "tournament list". Then also send the cell values of the cells of the row adjacent to cell 'B4' of "tournament 1" to the adjacent cells of the row in sheet "tournament list" that the 'B4' value was sent to.
*(It would be great if I could set up a "check box" beside Cell 'B4' of sheet "tournament 1" and put the check box in column 'A', then to have it send those values to sheet "tournament list" when the box is checked)
*I have multiple "tournament" sheets that need to send the info to the main page in the first blank row.*

I hope this is not too confusing, I tried to word it as best I could.

Cell 'B4' of sheet "tournament 1") - when a value is entered

does this mean BEFORE entering B4 in tournament 1 sheet there is already data in C4 of that sheet.
if this assumption is correct
right click sheeet tab "tournament 1"
and click "view code"
in the window that comes up copy this EVENT CODE

now enter any entry in B4 of touornament 1 sheet and see second sheet
if this does not work give a small extract of first sheet and explain with reference to cell addresses and also give how you want the second sheet to look after the event code is run.
