Help!!!!!

Hi,
I have been trying to develop a macro with limited knowledge but have failed miserably. Basically what I need it to do is to whenever the user clicks on a button the macro needs to ask the user ok to paste? and then paste the data which has been copied from another program into excel and transpose the data from columns to rows on doing so into sheet3, it then needs to ask the user to add more data or quit. I have fallen at the first hurdle whenever I try to paste the data I get error 1004 - Pastespecial method out of range?? Can anyone help me with this? I have attached a copy of the sheet in raw format with a few examples of the data that needs to be pasted into rows in its original format of columns?
Any help would be most welcome as Im starting to get so frustrated with it.
