vba code to enable activex and macros automatically ??

    hi,

I have created an excel workbook with 4 sheets .. when the user opens the excel file a form of username and password appears first .. the user must enter the user name and password correctly to proceed ..

the problem is that when I use the file for the first time in any computer .. it asks for permessions to enable activex and macro ..

this will prevent the username and password form to appear .. and the sheets opens directly ..

I want a vba code or any solution to make this setting to be enabled automatically without prompting ..

    thanks in advance

There is no code to enable these settings automatically... otherwise what security that does exist in Excel would be even less effective than what it is.

One of the 'workarounds' is to lower your global security settings in the application to allow all macros to run unprompted - not a good idea.

The other option is Digital Signing.
