Vba code help pulling data from one sheet and generate results to another sheet

Hi guys, I am new to EXCEL VBA. I want to write the code which can first pulling data from the sheet 1 and analyze it to and put the result to sheet 2.

I attached the excel sheet.

The sheet 1 includes all the risks that I numbered then from 1- 60. Each risk has its own rating, U means Unsatisfactory, S means Satisfatory and I means needs improvement.

On the sheet 2, I want the result in the cell that, for example, for accounting deparment, under culture, there are under risk 10-22 in sheet 1. I need a code, which says that, if we pull the data from sheet 1, let us say we know the risk result 11, 12 , 13, 14, 15, which is I, S, S, S,, thus it will generate the result a green - satisfatory in under the cell of accounting and culture compliance in sheet 2.

How can I write a vba code can perform this step?

I am totally new to this, need help.
