I have some data as per the below spreadsheet (data changed). I need to be able to create an absence timline for each staff memeber as shown in the results I am looking for.
Can anyone please shed any light on how this could be achieved - i have tried vlookups etc.

Staff Name Type of Leave Start Date End Date Raw Data - will be in this format but not necessarilyt sorted into any order
