Hi - I have an issue with the location of an add-in changing on me. I'm running Excel 2007 on a Windows 7 box. Basically what I've done is written an add in, and then added it to Excel from a network drive. Excel copies it in to my \Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns folder, and that's the path that displays in the Add In manager. I then create some buttons which run certain functions inside the Add In. Everything is good.

The problem is that whenever Excel is restarted the Add In path reverts back to the network path the Add In was originally installed from, and then my buttons no longer work. The buttons are pointed to the local path for the Add In, which Excel no longer recognizes because it has changed the path back to the network path.

Any ideas on how to keep Excel from reverting back like this? Thanks.
