Copy Selection and Paste using Insert

I have a small selecting of sub headings 9 cells below each other. I am selecting them by using

now I want to paste them at a few different cells using Insert Copied cells, using Shift cells down.

once you did it once the selection is out of the memory. is there away of keeping the selection in memory all the time using the insert feature

It must allow me to select the cell first before copy the original selection again

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. When you run the code above it will copy what is selected, insert it into the active cell then copy the original selection.

You can then select another cell, It don't think it matters which order you do it in, why do you need to select a cell before copying the original selection again?

I want to copy a selection, then select a single cell and paste in, then select another cell further down and then paste it again, and then go down further and select another cell to paste the info, every time it must insert the original selection.

i want to be able to first select the cell and then paste it once, then select another cell and then paste again

that can work but then I have to setup about 100 cells where I want to paste the original selection. and everytime you paste the selection the next range will change.

So you want to manually select where the selection is pasted? Just copy what you insert each time as you move down? Otherwise hard type what the selection is at the start and then select the cell you want to insert it in each time and run the macro:

Sorry, I don't really understand what you are trying to do so it is difficult to come up with a sensible suggestion.

I want to copy the sub heading to different Heading not always the same sequence. For example

Under Heading 03, then under heading 07. I need to select the heading and then paste the sub heading below using Insert.
