Changing Textbox From Grey to Enabled and Back Again With Option Buttons

Hi,

I have a Word document that uses a userform to populate bookmarks in the text. So far I can only assume the VB for Word is the same as Excel. Therefore, may I please ask my question on this forum?

Part of my userform has a frame. Within that frame are two option/ radio buttons (UL & TS). Next to each option button is a related combo drop-down (ULSerial & TSSerial). I have coded those as follows to have each combo greyed out until its respective option button in selected. Then, if the other option is selected the combo will grey out and the other combo will be enabled. Here's the code:

My problem is this...

I want to do the same with a textbox. I have another frame within the userform that houses two option buttons and a textbox. I can get the textbox greyed out by default then enabled when the optDLYes is selected. However, I cannot figure out how to have the textbox grey out again if the other option button is selected (optDLNo).

I seem to be getting confused with the difference between the properties and states of the two types of selections. Dealing with the combos and option buttons appeared fairly logical but textboxes and option I cannot figure out.
