    vlookup across entire workbook macro

I'm trying to do a vlookup through my entire workbook. This is the macro I'm using:

When I try to use the function like this: =VLOOKAllSheets(A3,A1:A200,2,FALSE) excel says there is an error in the formula. I have attached the workbook in question. The function appears on the tab titled "Material List" in cell D3. I'm pretty new to this so it probably is a stupid mistake. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
