Linking together an Options Button and a command button inorder to load separate forms

Hello I'm very new to vba. I learned vb, and they are somewhat similar, but i'm having a few issues. (This is also my first post on this website)

My main issue is this: I have 3 option buttons linked together to specify a plant location. Below these are 2 command buttons specifying maintenance or contractor report. My goal is to have the user select what plant they are interested in, and then select what type of report they want to view. Based on their selection, I want a specific user form to pop up. I currently have 6 different user forms. Maintenance for Plant 1 and Contractors for Plant 1, etc.

I've tried a few things, but there's a high chance that none of them are close to what I have to do.

    Please Help

We need a sample worksheet with sample data. Please include your userform.
