Need a way to copy and past information

Hello

i am tring to make a holiday rota and i am looking for away to copy information form one sheet to the next, on the click of a button and then delete the information on the first sheet, i will also need it to keep saving it to the next row when different data is added

i have uploaded my excel file to try explain what i mean
