Delete rows based off two columns

I have a list of people (List A) with emails and address and some other info. Then I have a second list (List B) which is only email addresses. I copied and pasted the email column from A and the emails from B to a different worksheet (list C). Here I removed all the dupes and now I need to copy and paste deduped list C to original list A (the one with all info) and remove any rows not found in deduped list C. How do I do this? My excel skills are pretty much zero so I will need decriptive answers ( I did use macros for the deduping). Any other info you need I will gladly provide.

Not sure whats going on here. I only have one worksheet. I need to take column A and see if there are any matches in column B. Then I need any row that does not have a match, deleted. Keep in mind column A and column B are different (column A has a 2000 or so less than column B) so it needs to check the entire column for a match. If there is a match, the matched row stays. Even if we could just flag the rows that are matched or not would be helpful too.

Attached is a file with how my worksheet is laid out. I need to compare column A to column B which will be emails. If there is no match between any (meaning any email in A does not match any email in B) of the cells I need the mismatched row (including the cust info) to be deleted leaving only the rows that match.
