Insert whole row when a particular Value is returned in a column.

    hi everyone,
I would a macro to change the format of my Excel sheet so as to insert a whole row in the sheet between the Vs and As in the Excel sheet. I would like the macro to "see" that when the column C returns a value of " A " for the first time : a whole row is inserted above it. Can you help me. here is a sample of my Exel workbook;the sample is only 18 lines long but that can go to 5000 lines. i have tried to do that recording a macro but it will take only a specific row. i am a newbie to VBA , I know there must be a simple way to do that but I do not know how
    Sample 1.xlsx

Thanks to anyone who can help
