Data transferred into Excel loses color formatting

Hello,

I play an online simulation basketball game, (Whatifsports - Hoops Dynasty; it's a lot of fun if anyone is interested) and I've been trying to incorporate using Excel to help me with recruiting for the game. I've been able to copy and paste data from the site into Excel, however when I do so two of the three colors (blue and red) turn into the other color, black - so all the information is now colored in black.

What I'm ideally trying to do is find a code to return the original colors of blue and red to the text. And then write a formula (which I'll also have to figure out) to add certain amounts (20 for blue, 10 for black, 3 for red) to the three colors. Any help is very much appreciated, thanks!
