If you want to use excel formula then you can use "Clean" function.
    =Clean(Value)

    Hope it will help you.

I don't want them to be cleared or removed instead I want them to display in the cell as it is.
Means, if the value in the database is 测试 then it should be displayed in the excel's cell as 测试 not ??. Hope it clears my question now.
