    Doubt with Autofilter (VBA)

Hello, I'm currently trying to develop a sheet where our clients could select an item that would work as a criteria for a filter (based on a validation list) and the desired results would automatically be displayed on the screen.

Well, through the help of a few tutorials on the web I've managed to advance a little bit but I still have a major problem (that can be best explained through an example I've attached in this message). I've been asking myself: What if the clients wants to see all the results instead of the filtered ones? Well, they could simply turn off the filter, right? Sure, they can certainly do that. But what if they're not interested to select the filter range everytime they need to turn it off and then just send me to hell?

I tried many different ways to be able to auto specify that range but my efforts were simply in vain. If anyone could please take a look on it and then suggest a solution for that problem, I'd be very grateful. Thank you!
