Email Macro - From excel sheet to Outlook email macro

Hello Excel experts,
I have search for code for a specific function, and I have come close, but I have not found a solution.

I would like to add a button on an excel sheet, then link it to a macro that will populate an Outlook email.

The information is simple and basic, I would like to either send a table of information [roughly 5 by 10 cells], or a password protected sheet.

Can this be done?

I found some code that is helpfull, but it's not the the best solution.

I like how the below will set up different emails for different recipients. How can I add "CC" recipients.

Also - on the below, its send the message in the Subject, can I add a body message to the below macro/code??
