Help me Submit Button not working :(

i have attached a data sheet i made a data entry form for that sheet but submit button not wokring please help me

i want to enter data from 11th row...to unlimited...

You mean the button on the form, what do you mean with "not wokring"?

When I enter something into the form and press the button 2 values are written to the sheet, where is the problem?

the button not enters data in all column.. only 1st working...

i want to add all field details from from to that sheet and when i save the form should get ready to enter next entry

THAMEEM can u code CLEAR DONT SAVE button for me if i click that record gets clear it doesnt get saved i am newbie i tried matching with TEHNEXUS code but i cant understand
