Adding and Deleting to a list in a workbook other than the active workbook.

Hi:

I have posted a similar question in this post: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...79#post3274079

But since then, I have tried something on my own. I have no idea if its even remotely close to being correct, but at least I have somewhat of a start.

Any ideas?

I have attached the two workbooks.
The password for the sheets are '123steel'
and for the maintenance workbook is 'steel123'
