Foreach Name in a List Paste a Template of Cells

How would i make a script that says for each name in a list in WorksheetB than a premade template of cells gets pasted into WorksheetA. So if there is 7 names on the list than there should be 7 of this cell template pasted in a vertical fashion.

upload a sample workbook, i have no idea to what you are referring when you say "template of cells", the rest is easy to accomplish
