Macro code to copy depending on the value defined.

Hi,

I am a novice and joined only today. I need a help with Macro code for the following.

I have a data in in Q1. I will be setting a counter in Q30 (say 100). On running the Macro I need to copy the data from Q1 to Q31 onwards. I may set the counter to 30000, or 300,000. It should copy till the counter reaches to the value set at Q30.The data from position 4 to11 should get added for each row and put the total value in R31 as "Hash Value #"

Can I get any help from any body ASAP.
