Format of Date Function has changed!

    Hi All,

I use the vba Date function in conjunction with the TODAY() formula to check whether an email has been sent today.
The problem I am having is that the date format has changed from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy.
This has changed over the weekend and I can't figure out how to change it back.

This is the original code I was using:

I tried using this as well:

I've tried formatting the cells as well but the date in the cell keeps coming out in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

    There are no text boxes.

The thing that changed was the date. Last week there was no ambiguity with dates such as 28/5/2013. This week there is 3/6/2013 June 3rd or March 6th
