Sheet Protection 'ON' and still enter data from UserForm??

Is there a way to protect a worksheet so that none of the formatting can be altered but still allow data to be entered from a UserForm?

From a userform that you have designed? See the UserInterfaceOnly argument to the worksheet.protect method.

Format the cells in which you want to edit the contents, untick the Locked tick box on the protection tab and protect the sheet. You cannot change the cell formatting unless you select that option when you are protecting the cheet, but you can edit the cell contents.
