    Userform Label in HH:MM to determine User Shift in Unload

    My userform has Label1 that is the start time of a selected certain action. When the form is unloaded, I am trying to determine the shift by the start time of when the action began with the following code, but I dunno where I'm going wrong? I try to keep everything on the 24 hour clock. My result is a blank cell.

    The userform accepts the input from the following code:

    Quoting the Numerics in Double Quotes treated as Text Data. Instead try Timeserial() function if possible
