    application interview headache

    Hello all,

    I’m trying to combine rows and columns. I currently have two sheets in a work book. In the application sheet, In column A, I have names and in column J I have the total score that that person received.
    In the interview sheet. In column A I have the names and in column E is the application score from the first sheet.

    I have been trying to populate column A from the application sheet to the interview sheet also have that persons score from column J of the application sheet transfer to column E of the interview sheet.
    I also have been trying to allow filtering on the interview sheet to be added to allow not only the highest total move to the top from that column but the whole line move up as well.

    Put this formula in E2 of the interview worksheet and fill down. When you enter a name into column A of the interview worksheet it should automatically grab the value from the application sheet
