Update to Macro to find duplicates, concatenate Unique Values

Looking to update a macro that previously created.

See attached macro in file "EquipmentData Generalized with UNIQUComment", which works great. However, I want to update it so that the column numbers specificed for the array can be inputted through a userform instead of being hard coded. This would also need to work if there was more than one column per array (.e.g. 1,2 would be inputted for columns 1 and 2).

Attached is the userform "concat.xlsm" but it is not working. Any ideas where the problem lies? Thanks.
