Problem started when I've added sheet protection lines, so now every other time macro is working (row is inserted). I don't know what could be wrong. If those two lines are deleted everything is working as it should.

You don't need the following lines in your code :-

I reckon the unprotect line should be after the two exit sub lines

Skipping every other turn, when I double click, started happening after I inserted those two lines for sheet protection.
@JosephP You are right. I've tried moving that line but I guess I didn't try that combination.
