Thank for your fast reply. I want to restrict unauthorized user to view details in sheet name data by password. For normal user all details in sheet name data should be hidden, normal user can view only by searching by phone number.

In code you had written I tried by hiding data and tried to search. I am not getting any thing when data are hidden.

I think you understand what I try to mean. I had attached file for your reference.

I am not sure if I understand your request. I have now changed the way you access the sheet. The sheet is not hidden but the person can not make any change on sheet data with out a password. When you press the search button, it will ask you for a password. When the macro finishes, the sheet is protected again.

You do not need to attach my code, just copy the code in to your module and then assign the button to the code. You have not attached any code, so can not amend it. You need to attach the code with your book and show me what is not working.

The reason for changing copying the entire row is to save a speed, but it seems may not worth as you keep chaning the layout of your data.
