Cell Values Become Column Headers

Hi,

We have a set of data where individuals (n=95) sorted 43 statements (S1-S43) and assigned different values to each statement ranging from -4 to 4. There are a certain number of assigned values allowed, for example there are only 3 statements that can get the -4 value, and so on.

As is, the individuals are rows and the statements are columns. We need the data to remain with individuals being rows, but the assigned values -4, -4, -4, -3, etc. as the column headers, with the values being the statement number.


See attached file with two sheets, one how it is now and the other showing how the file should look. Any help will be appreciated!!!
