Question Print Mutliple Ranges in Excel 2003 to a PDF

    Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a macro that would print multiple pages to a pdf? I have this excel program that makes misc. material lists as separate pages. I already have a print macro to print it to my laserjet and now i would like to print the same pages of the material list to a PDF file. If someone out there could help i would appreciate it.

There is no Microsoft program / add-in for converting Excel 2003 files to pdf but if you use Excel 2007 there is this download from Microsoft:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...s.aspx?id=9943

Not knowing what program you are going to use it's difficult to help you with a macro.

    Alf,

I use Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard to make all of my PDF's. I've have asked but IT department won't let us use a different program so i have to make what we have work.

If this is going to be used on more than your machine, I'd guess that IT aren't going to be prepared to install Adobe on all the machines of the users - it's really expensive. Just something worth bearing in mind before you start - so if you need this, then you might be out of luck. You can't do it in 2003 without additional software

    ALL,

After alot of digging around i have managed to piece together a macro that does exactly what i need it to do.

It's simple and easy and it works with Adobe and Excel 2003. I would put "SOLVED" in the title of the original post but i don't know how to revise it.
