Copy Rows By Date and create new sheets

Attached is my excel sheet copyloop5 macro copyrowsbydate. The macro takes the masteraudit sheet and creates new sheets based on the dates in column A. The news sheet are separated by the school year. This macro works correctly expect it will no created a new sheet for the Last school year on my masteraudit sheet. In this case it is the 12/13 school year. Please run macro COPYROWSBYDATE. It created new sheets for school year 09/10, 10/11, 11/12 but not 12/13. What changes do I need to make for a new sheet to create for the 12/13 school year or whatever shool year is the last school year on my masteraudit sheet? Thanks,

What is the format of dates? When you create a sheet, what format is the date? As you know, you can not use/ with names, so the dates need to be converted in to another format.

Columns A and B are converted from formulas two values prior to running the macro and are formatted as dates. I don't think it's the format because the macro creates the new sheets correctly for all years except for the last year

I was going to write you a different code, but you have many cells which appear to be empty, but in fact, there are wrong dates-00/01/1900.
When I created the code using a year as a name. I have years 10,11,12,13 and 00. The 00 cells come from all these which appears to be empty rows, but there are not empty have dates 00/01/1900.
