Send workbook to specific email address

HI all,

I need a macro to send a excel workbook as an attachment via outlook.

Usually i use the following code that i found in the internet:

This code however, does not let me change the recipient address....

What i need now is a code that send the workbook to a address located in cell D1 in sheet called "Formulário" - the email changes with some validation lists that´s why the address itself cannot be in the code.

The email must have a subject "Formulário de Atendimento ao Público" and a Body:

"Segue formulário de atendimento ao público preenchido
Qualquer dúvida, favor entrar em contato"

I looked up in the internet and found the following code:

This code however does not attach the workbook to the email. Could anyone help me fix it?

i know nothing about macros....i think that it should not be so complicated to include a new line in the above mentioned code... but i really have no clue on how to do it....

I tried looking for it the forum, but couldnt find anything.
