Complex Request with Pivot Tables and copying pivot data to new page with formulas

    Hello Everyone,

Let me start off with some background. In our workgroup we track spending by Sub Accounts, which flow up to Accounts, which flow up to Sub Owners, which flow up to Owners. We keep track of spending in a manor in which we have a pivot table setup to summarize these costs. I want the ability to be able to run a macro that will essentially copy the data to a new tab so that I can forecast (One owner at a time, based on an input on the page) future spending by entering my own estimates into each sub account on this new page. I can copy the data over just fine, but the issue I'm running into is getting formulas in place (automatically) that will sum up the sub accounts on each account line, and sum up the accounts on each sub owner line, and sum up the sub owners on the owner line. I need this to be done automatically via a macro, as it is way too time consuming to set up the formulas each time. I have included a workbook that shows the pivot table structure (an example is attached as the real data is confidential). The preferred output tab is what I'm looking for, which I've done manually. for further information, the names of owners, sub owners, and accounts are all unique; the name of sub accounts are all the same for each account, and every account has 20 sub accounts (although, not every account uses all sub accounts), so I'm not sure if it would be easier to set up the structure and formulas with all 20 sub accounts (to make the code easier?) and then just delete the sub account lines that don't have any data in them?

Sorry for the long winded explanation; I think the workbook sums up pretty well what I'm trying to accomplish.

Thanks SO much for your time and help with this!
