Make 3 rows relative to 1 row on previous sheet, then REPEAT!

    Hey Guys,

Basically, I have a long list of records and need to rearrange it so that in the new sheet, the data will span 3 rows. So, I created formulas to place the data from the first sheet where I want it to be on the second. So on the second sheet, the first 4 rows are relative to the first row in the first sheet. I would like the next four rows to be relative to the second row, and so on.

However, simply copying the first 4 rows and pasting makes the next group relative to row 5, not row 2.

I tried selecting the just the first column and filling down, but rather than starting with row 4, it starts with row 14.

I there any way to get excel to continue the pattern in my groups of rows?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    ~Bob

A jpg is of no use to us as users here will not re-create a file from a picture.

So its better you attach a sample file -

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
