Problem using an named range in VLOOKUP

    Hi Everyone -
I am trying to get the following code in a user form to work but it bombs

I get a Complier Error saying that "Range_States" is not defined.

How do I define a named range to the user form?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Using your code I can get the proper result back for Column 2 (Region) but still get an error.
I think it maybe it has something to do with the return value.

I tried the following but still blows up.
