Moving an entire row from one work book to another based on conditional formatting

    Hi,

I currently have 2 separate workbooks. One work book is applying conditional formatting on an entire row if certain columns are left blank or incomplete: =OR($A2="",$E2="",$E2="mm/dd/yy")

I want to be able to move the rows that are complete (i.e. no color added to them) to a different workbook once a button clicked.

The workbook that I want them to be moved to is protected with a password.

Is there a way to go about this?

I have attached the two workbooks.
I want to move rows from 'Data' to 'MillSteel-Reports'
The password for 'MillSteel-Reports' is "steel123"

    Thanks
