not sure how it's called what I want :)

    Goodmorning,

first of all I would like to make clear that I'm an Excel rookie. I'll try to explain what I need and hope someone could help me with it.

I need to make a table which shows progress on the workfloor. We need to make 450 minutes progress per shift by completing procedures. We work with 2 terms; A-time and B-time, where A-time is progress and B-time is downtime (no progress during that time). We start and end each shift with a 30 minutes transfer. When 450 minute marker is reached, progress should automaticly go to the next shift. Each cell should be worth 15 minutes of time. A- and B-times should get their own colors (eg. green for A, red for B). I want to make this all visible in a table sheet (sheet1) which shows the progress in a table, which is made on data (procedure name, duration A-time and duration B-time) that I insert from sheet2 (for example).

    Example;

    Procedure; Unpack product "ZZ".
    A-time; 60 minutes
B-time; 15 minutes (for example, if you need to get a new knife in case it breaks, or something.)

    Procedure; Inspect product "ZZ"
    A-time; 30 minutes
B-time; 180 minutes (for example, wrong bolts delivered according to parts list)

    Procedure; Mount product "ZZ"
    A-time; 120 minutes
    B-time; 30 minutes
    ____________________________________________________________
    A_|___________B_____________|________________C______________|
    00 transfer (RED)_____________| transfer (RED)
    15 _________________________|
30 unpack product "ZZ" (GREEN)_| mount product "ZZ" (GREEN)
45 _________________________| mount product "ZZ" (RED)
    60
    75
    90 unpack product "ZZ" (RED)
    105 inspect product "ZZ" (GREEN)
    120
    135 inspect product "ZZ" (RED)
    150
    165
    180
    195
    210
    225
    240
    255
    270
    285
    300
    315 mount product "ZZ" (GREEN)
    330
    345
    360
    375
    390
    405
    420 transfer (RED)______________| transfer (RED)
    435
    450

I hope this is clear, else I will do my best to make it clear because I would appreciate any help I could get.

    Thank you all in advance.
